Arelion Cloud Connect ordering

Video instruction for customers on how to order Cloud Connect from the CSP side.
  • Log in to the IBM Cloud Console and place an order for the Direct Link Connect on Classic service. Upon completing the order, you will receive a case ID (ticket number) for the Direct Link Connect, which serves as your IBM Cloud Service ID.
Next steps: 
  • Log in to the MyArelion portal to configure your Cloud Connect service using the IBM Cloud Service ID.
  • Arelion will then initiate a request for a Virtual Circuit from IBM.
  • IP assignment on the IBM Cloud networking infrastructure will be completed within three business days after the Virtual Circuit request is processed. IBM will verify the case and provide you with a private IP address to configure BGP.
