Toll-free and virtual number services

The service offers complete flexibility and easy expansion as needed.

International Toll-Free Number (ITFN) services

ITFN services are typically used by organizations across different geographical areas, providing a virtual local presence and enabling their local clients to contact them free of charge. This setup offers simple access for the client and does not incur charges for the caller, with the receiving party paying for the calls. Each country is accessible through its own individual toll-free number(s), allowing organizations to advertise their presence.

Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) services

UIFN services provide an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution for international organizations. The UIFN solution offers the same level of features and functionalities as ITFNs but uses a common number accessible from multiple countries. 

The charging principle remains the same: the caller does not pay for the calls, while the receiving party bears the cost. These numbers are highly beneficial for businesses operating on a global scale, providing a single contact point for their international customers. Note that each country has its own regulations, so it is crucial to check these before implementation.

Virtual toll-free mobile numbers
