Confirmation of order
When your account manager registers your signed order in our systems, an automatic order acknowledgement is sent to your nominated commercial and delivery contacts.
Review of ordered services
The order acknowledgement provides details of your ordered service(s) for your verification.
Your Delivery Manager assigned
Your Delivery Manager will act as your single point of contact and manage the order process until the Ready For Service (RFS) stage. You'll receive regular status updates throughout your Delivery journey.
Initial Estimated Delivery Date provided
You will receive an estimated delivery date for your service(s).
Commitment & Estimated Delivery dates
You will receive a confirmation/review of the delivery date, backed by Arelion's SLA. All network elements will be reserved.
Service provisioning
Assemble, configure & patch your service(s). Order & manage third party element(s).
Ready For Service
Upon installation, your service is ready to be handed over to you, with clear clarification provided regarding the handover between Arelion Delivery and Service Assurance.
Turn up service

My Arelion portal gives you full acess to the services you buy, and is letting you view how well your underlying service perform. Stay on top of your service inventory, ongoing and past deliveries, support cases, network disturbances and upcoming planned works, all in one place.
The introduction of 2FA when accessing the tool provides an additional layer of security for your account.
