However, we understand this can be a business critical step for enterprises, especially when migrating from an old supplier to Arelion. That's why we offer service activation support.
To ensure a smooth process, we require pre-planning and five working days advance notice. Our service activation schedule typically runs between 9am to 10pm CET, but we can accommodate outside-of-business-hour activation requests in exceptional cases. As your trusted partner, our Delivery Manager will serve as a single point of contact and arrange a service activation call when needed.
